The mission of the 理工科学院 和技术 at 大阳城集团99aa (CSET) is to provide an innovative program of excellence in education, 研究, and public and professional service at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. CSET promotes the production of highly competitive graduates as judged by the highest academic standards in the fields of science, 技术, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The College also endeavors to be recognized both nationally and internationally as preparers of outstanding men and women scientists. CSET is committed to implementing the University’s mission and focusing its intellectual, experience and other resources on improving the quality of life for students, 周边社区, 状态, 国家和国际社会.

The following goals and objectives represent summary initiatives of the Strategic Plan of the 大阳城集团99aa 理工科学院 和技术:

1. To advance the mission of 大阳城集团99aa by aggressively pursuing the development of new graduate and undergraduate programs that provide opportunities at the frontiers of knowledge creation;
2. 提供培育, caring environment as well as an outstanding place to study, 培养终身学习技能, and achieve exciting career goals;
3. 提供前瞻性, learner-centered and intellectually stimulating educational experiences that inspire students to reach for the highest levels of academic attainment and growth;
4. To provide student support and retention services from admission to academic career goal completion;
5. To develop and encourage participation in 研究 activities which lead to scientific discovery by faculty, 研究人员, 和学生;
6. To consistently develop and evaluate relevant education programs and support centers;
7. To promote local and national conferences, 实践研究, 指导, 实习, GRE准备, and other support programs and scholarships for students;
8. To engage in meaningful service activities that enhance the public’s understanding and perception of STEM issues and solutions management;
